We purchased our X3 from Morgan Ellis at Kelowna BMW. This is our 3rd purchase since retiring in Kelowna. The first 2 and subsequent service have been excellent. This time it was going well and then a few problems arose. The measure of any organization really occurs if there are problems, not when everything is smooth.
The resolution of the issues by Morgan, Garret and a few others was excellent.
We are very happy to recommend Morgan and Kelowna BMW.

I went this past week to test drive (ultimately purchase) a Cooper S. It was a used car but it didn't matter. Morgan, the sales rep, was awesome. You would never know I was buying a used car. I was treated as though I was purchasing a new, high end car. He was great.
I was there as a woman, by myself but was treated with respect. I've been to dealerships where the staff felt shady but not the case here. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and very helpful. They don't try to BS you into anything. Just honest and nice. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, new or used. I will definitely be back, my mom had purchased a BMW from this dealership not more than a year ago and also had a great experience. There are still honest dealerships out there and this appears to be one of them. I have ordered some accessories as well for my new, used car and the parts department was equally helpful and nice. It's a breath of fresh air and if you are in the mood to just drool at some serious bad a** cars then this is also the place to go visit. Good job Kelowna BMW! A new customer for life 🙂
