What does our rating mean?
Our Dealership's customer rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW Group Canada over the last 90 days of new car sales and Aftersales service transactions, where the customer has subsequently elected to complete a customer satisfaction survey online.
